Results Disclaimer

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Delays in communication or incomplete information may negatively affect performance.
Pausing or Terminating Work
We may pause services if:
- Payment is late
- Communication stops for more than 7 days
- A third party edits your website or ad campaigns without our approval
If the last situation occurs, service is terminated immediately and no refund is provided for that month.
Confidentiality

Feedback & Revisions

Website Ownership & Access
To fully own and retain the website we build, the client must maintain services for 12 months.
- The domain and business profiles belong to the client
- Website hosting remains with Solar Marketing Agency
- Until the website is fully paid, it cannot be copied, reused, or transferred
Pricing options:
- $200/month for the website
- OR one-time payment of $1,200
If the one-time payment is made, your monthly fee is reduced by $100, bringing it to $100/month for hosting, domain, support, maintenance, email, and updates.
If the client ends service before 12 months, the website can be purchased for a one-time fee of $1,200.
Existing websites:
Clients may keep their current website but must follow our SEO and conversion guidelines.
We can optimize or rebuild it for:
- $950 (one-time) or
- $50/hour
Note: full SEO optimization may not be possible on certain CMS platforms due to limitations.
Multiple Locations
Each plan covers one primary service area (one main city and surrounding suburbs).
If your solar company serves multiple distinct cities (e.g., Phoenix and Denver), additional fees apply for each major location.
Suburbs or towns connected to the same metro area do not count as separate locations.
Refund Policy & Results Adjustment
We do not offer refunds once work begins.
However, if your package includes a minimum lead expectation and it is not met within the first month, you may qualify for:
- A discounted management fee for the next month, or
- A free management month (depending on performance)
Transparency & Client Feedback
We rely on accurate reporting from clients.
Underreporting leads or results can lead to optimization mistakes that harm performance.
Open and honest communication ensures better outcomes.
